JOE PARKER, LCDC, CCTP

Joe is an “in the trenches” type of counselor who deals with all aspects of substance abuse choosing to focus on a “whole person” method of treatment. He has been practicing in the substance abuse field for over 14 years. When he returned from the military he followed his calling to help others recover from substance abuse. He is a strong believer in fellowship and service to build a strong foundation of recovery.

haley orn, BILLING DIRECTOR

Haley Orn is a Billing specialist who also is an Alumni of the program. As a strong believer in Cornerstone, she strives to help families with financial needs like maximizing reimbursement rates with insurance providers and advocating for the families behind the scenes. She will go beyond the normal “regular job” of helping families by any means.
